The management in the recent past have blamed the weak pound for weak figures,
now the pound is rising, surely the opposite is true, but I bet they will not come
out and say so.

U

Well as per usual nothing positive from the management.

Plenty of positive articles in the press, with new Chinese
partner, new store opening in London, clothes sales up 9.2%,
UO collaboration going well, new kitchen division linking with
tile and splashback firms with tea rooms and hotels reporting
being very busy, but apart from that all quiet from the board.

If the management cannot make profit from all the above with no
debt in the business, they should step down, sell all their stock
and then maybe someone could come in and turn it around.

No update from an agm, really.

Thank you, new shop opens next month, so lets hope for
a little positive coverage for once.

Very wide spread srp, but although bids look weak, as you see trades are taking place at 1.94p which is a considerable improvement of late - However what sellers are left clearly want higher prices for the stock they have.

Support only at 1.5p

PS. Thanks for the link about the tile shop by the way.

Thanks srp - Looking at the product, it is a far cry from the LA of old. Very young market being attracted, bearing in mind how much they said sales increased in fashion, I am not surprised that they could be in for a new lease of life with younger customers.

I am surprised they do not seem to have a load more tea rooms opening, or country hotels for that matter.

I too have been buying, I am attempting to get my average
right down. I have had 60% back in dividends from my
initial purchases so not to bad. The company is doing all
the right moves in my honest opinion, whether that leads
to a phoenix from the ashes who knows.

Watching, but waiting for an RNS to show seller finished. Of course I may never see an RNS and may lose out!

I have been having a small, speculative nibble at these. The work they have done on the debt, a £13m Market cap, the brand heritage - seems worth having a bit of skin in it at these levels. It may well go lower. It may fail altogether. But I reckon on a patient longer term view its worth my while to snuffle away some of my profits from buying IDE a few months ago at well below a penny. Not a dissimilar situation in some ways, IMO.

I have catfish leanings though.
