We are now working with them and producing a line of clothing
and it would appear bedding on their website. It seems to be
very popular with certain lines selling out then being restocked
and selling out again, we shall see.

On the Urban Outfitters website last night it did appear we have more lines
available. Some lines sold out which is good as it would suggest the products
are popular with the US youngsters.

Yes agree, and the more people that see the tea rooms at a hotel
franchise due to the very large footfall, especially when coach parties stop
and reside the better. Some coach parties might request the hotel due to the
tea room experience. We shall see, contemplating increasing again.

That latest hotel to be opening a LA tea room seems very busy indeed,
lets hope their customers feed through into the franchised tea room.

Positive news from the tea rooms will only help to spread the word, hopefully.

L2 - a lot available around offer but very good support at 1.85 and the tables are turning with light demand at 1.9+.

L2 a little weaker but I think the MM are collecting what they can to try to cover the buys, and as there is little buying pressure, it sits tight. However, someone likes the stock.

I mentioned the other day, we could close stores that the leases are
due to expire on. They have announced they are closing Worthing store.

Lease costs being lowered.

Yes lets hope so, as they close a loss making retail store that has come to the end of its lease open a good profitable tea room instead. Then end up with profitable retail stores with profitable tea rooms. Surely makes sense, just target the posh high earning areas.
