22/6/2017 09:57 | Looks like there is strong demand for the shares and maybe some smart money arriving. Should keep ticking up as they try to flush out sellers. Any positive news and this will fly! | first_things
21/6/2017 11:33 | Have been happy to offer 7.9 all morning and drew out a few sell trades. Limit sell to 90k Now opened the volume up and will accept 100k and offer 8p Its like watching a pan of milk thats just warming through before it finally boils over. :-) | whites123
20/6/2017 13:01 | There is talk in the industry press on an updated on funding for supported housing "soon". Ashley House is involved in large projects so the nature of their business means some patience is required. I am watching with interest and hopefully the government can clarify "soon"! "Next steps The 2015 Government, having completed the consultation process, planned to publish a Green Paper after the General Election." | first_things
20/6/2017 09:56 | Greedfear, You could very well be dead right. They are offering 7.9537 against sells of 100,000 shares. Yet restricted buys again down to 15,000 online. I think we all know that ASH are going to impress with updates. If they dont, then the newsflow thus far has been so far off the mark it could be classed as a con. :-) With the market situation as it is on extremely limited trades i believe we could see a rating of 30p within a few days. | whites123
19/6/2017 22:40 | It's clear some people are patiently accumulating and not trying to overpay. Easy does it. I've got the feeling though that 7.75 - 8.25 will not last much longer and that we can expect 8p on the bid very soon. When that happens things might accelerate. | greedfear
19/6/2017 06:21 | I have held and am a huge fan of ASH. The F1 Modular increased holding and promise to diversify sealed it for me. This will be the turnaround stock I have always dreamt it would be. The BOD are focussed, they all have skin in the game and at much higher prices than todays. I to have added during the year. However, each time I have it has been a chore almost. The stock is suffering because it is illiquid. Many people get put off when an online buy suggests they have to go at best. I secured mine by putting limit orders in and always at 10% higher than the prevailing price. I know lots of people try and put best price lower than prevailing price... These people are the ones that normally then moan because they didn’t get their stock. :-) Don’t be meanies. :-) When we are talking about a stock that can likely put on 300 - 400% with ease, why try and squeeze an extra 3 or 4 % on your buy price. | whites123
16/6/2017 14:39 | Yes mr. Covey, this could become a very nice turnaround story. Think so, hope so. | greedfear
16/6/2017 10:53 | A resolution of the government funding for supported housing could send these share to 30p overnight as it would allow them to realise the value in their extra care pipeline that is worth over £150 million and has been built up over the past four years. After following the company for some time I believe we are close to clarification on the government policy. I think there is a lot of money waiting on the side and will pile in on any news. "It is still very much believed that Extra Care will be an increasing and successful part of the business and will provide significant growth in the near future. The Board however is immensely frustrated at the continued impact of Government policy change on this key area of the business. Consequently the Company has been working to develop business streams less reliant on direct Government support and the Acquisition above leads directly into this" | first_things
16/6/2017 08:50 | Every time news like this appears it derisks an investment in ASH imo. It's a matter of when ASH will profit in a big way. Really thinking of adding to my position now as the share price is where it is. Price will run up quickly once positive news is released as spikes in the chart clearly show. | greedfear
16/6/2017 08:23 | Sounds like it could be good news and provide consistent revenue over the next four years for the business. Looks like momentum is building for their modular business and will be interesting to see any news of confirmed contracts. | first_things
16/6/2017 08:10 | One could argue that ASH get 2 contracts a year (each max £750k) hence in theory it could be £1.5m / yr for each of the 4yrs. It's crystal ball gazing unfortunately as they could get more than this or even none at all. | norbert colon
16/6/2017 07:30 | How much revenue could this deliver? Ashley House Appointed to £225m Education Modular Buildings Framework ! Antony Walters, Chief Executive of Ashley House plc commented: “We are delighted to have been appointed to Fusion21’s framework and look forward to working alongside our off-site construction subsidiary, F1 Modular and Fusion21 to help provide much needed classrooms and other school facilities for the education sector, in addition to supporting demand for modular construction within the public sector”. | first_things
15/6/2017 17:43 | Last years full year results were posted 13th July. | qackers
15/6/2017 13:17 | Well spotted and indeed positive news although as with all frameworks it's not yet secured work and it's hard to determine future quantum. Still positive though and hopefully more of this to come. | norbert colon

14/6/2017 15:45 | I just read the news below about a number of councils planning modular housing and running pilot schemes. The Conservative Party also pledged to cut the number of homeless people by half and modular housing could provide a cost effective solution for them to achieve this. I just shows the potential size of the opportunity for Ashley House. "Chelmsford council is planning to invest £2 million in modular housing, while Watford Borough is launching a nine home pilot scheme." hxxp://www.miltonkey | first_things
