10/6/2008 10:47 | Suggest we all email Simon Rees and ask him what is going on with the company investorrelations@av | hope67
10/6/2008 10:29 | from 10p to 1.5p in 7 months good grief! Welcome to the 90% club! makes you wonder how they get contracts (eg like the BBC one, not long back, or the Bluewater one) | andrbea
10/6/2008 09:45 | tHE EXITS ARE HERE, HERE AND HERE,...please leave in an orderly fashion and would the last person out please turn off the lights and close the door behind them. | cyclingnut
10/6/2008 08:42 | I might do a "hail Mary" punt when it hits 1.5p on the offer. | cyclingnut
05/6/2008 07:49 | Me too Bronking, still bullish about the company. FAUGH_A_BALLAGH, you bought them via your own judgement. If you bought these because others post bullish statements then I'm afraid you've only yourself to blame. Now be a man and deal with the situation. You have several choices, sell, hold or average down. Good luck. | oh_no
04/6/2008 14:43 | I'm waiting another 2 - 3 weeks and if no news i'm out. Average of 6p but will cut my losses and will top up in EEL, RIFT, EMED. All with a much better chance than ASG. | mooo2
04/6/2008 13:32 | another 150% and I am level......... | cyclingnut
04/6/2008 13:10 | Anybody twist your arm behind your back Faugh? Were Oh-No and Bronking holding a gun to your head? If so, I have the greatest sympathy with you! If not, well, you should have done your research better! Shares go up as well as down! I bought in at 5p, 7p and 8p, but I ain't on here moaning at the people who reckoned their investment was worth shouting about! | california joe
04/6/2008 07:39 | Oh no, that the impression I get from two different sources | dvsfm
03/6/2008 18:35 | FAUGH_A_BALLAGH. Language... silly boy. | oh_no
03/6/2008 18:34 | Yes, on the 27th March. Funding was reduced. "Avanti said it has reduced its short term funding requirements to less than 1 mln stg and said it expects some further efficiencies in the second half." The fact that they're not in dire straits right now is a good sign. More news will come in the next few weeks regarding the business outlook to prop todays news up. I expect this to be bullish. | oh_no
03/6/2008 16:29 | Oh No Have they confirmed that they have reduced the funding needed? | hope67
03/6/2008 16:18 | Relax guys.. the business is doing well. How do I know.. well, they reduced the funding needed from 2ml to 1ml, now there's no desperation for cash.. sounds like it's getting on its feet. Maybe I'm just psoitive about the business. | oh_no
03/6/2008 14:11 | dv, or suckers.....that fundraising is chicken feed....you and I could go to the bank and get that.......... | cyclingnut
03/6/2008 14:03 | I really dont believe that these investors that put up this money would do so in the knowledge that they would lose it. It wouldn't make sense, they must be confident of the further funding and the ongoing business. | dvsfm
03/6/2008 13:57 | well anyone fancy selling thier 4 bedroom house and buying ASG? About the same value now...... although its debatable which would be the riskier investment!!! | anusol
03/6/2008 12:33 | Cant see this lasting much longer -------- Still holding 80k at 8.5p in the hope I'm wrong. Good luck all | nohope2
03/6/2008 11:06 | oops, share price tumbled..... yes, restructuring is better than running out of cash, so the funders must have some confidence of getting their money back else they wouldn't stump it up in the first place. 30% dilution is fine too, but main worry is that its 30% dilution for funding which may only keep our heads above water for 3 or 4 months..... what then, more dilution? Basically we need some positive news re: contract wins before the money runs out so that we can get future funding needs at a much lower dilution rate. Still, guess ASG is now right at the bottom of the 'clearance bin' at the back of the shop.... | anusol
03/6/2008 10:52 | surely the point is that some funding is better than none at all. Also, restructuring debt cannot be bad for the future of the company?!! | paddywak1967
03/6/2008 08:49 | well market seems to think very little of this announcement (unsurprisingly), although I expected MMs to use this to widen the spread a bit for those selling on the back of this. So in summary the RNS is saying: New funds = £125,000 with potential to have another £50k very soon Revised loan = £200k at 2.5p conversion Revised loan = £60k at 2.5p conversion Revised loan = £60k at 5.0p conversion (uumode = those current liabilities have been converted into convertible loan, so isn't the working capital now up the whole £125k + £50k?) | anusol |
