Ascential plc ("the Company" / LSE: ASCL.L) has received notification of the following transactions by its Chief Financial Officer, Mandy Gradden.

Mandy Gradden has exercised a total of 417,060 nil-cost options granted under the Deferred Annual Bonus Plan in March 2017 (13,099), and the Performance Share Plan granted in March 2016 (243,924) and March 2017 (160,037). The income tax and employee's national insurance contributions arising on the exercise has been self-funded and all the shares have been retained. Following these transactions, Mandy Gradden has a resultant holding of 1,274,962 shares, 0.29% of ordinary shares in issue.
