AST raised 212k on the 30th April at 2.75p and issued shares to an investor for monies owed at a share price of 5p. This investor has taken shares over money and still has an outstanding balance which looks likely to be issued in shares and likely to be at the same 5p threshold.The shares issued on the 30th April became active on the 15th May of which a Director took 450k. I think any overhang that the placees are selling to make their 10% on the placement money will be cleared mid morning. There was only 7m shares issued.Could prove an interesting few days and from a fall from 2.50 GBP the upside from 3p is exciting!

There's only 58m shares in circulation - the sells are being mopped up so any buying pressure is likely to see this move quickly.I've taken a position as the New BOD seem to have drawn a line in the sand regarding their intention and clear objectives.

LJUBLJANA - The Environment Ministry has made a step towards simplifying procedures for investors by proposing changes that would allow them to skip the environmental impact assessment in cases when previous analyses show that no major impact on the environment is expected.

Since 2014, the Environment Agency has decided in some 2,440 requests for a preliminary analysis or more than 40 a month on average.

Only in 3.7% of the cases an environmental impact assessment was required.

You need to remember that our JV partner is majority owned by the Slovenia government and all permits are with them not AST so it's a bit foolish to not give the green light. Additionally there are wells that don't even need fracking

Would the litigation funded return now that AST have completed placing and received funding. Very odd too announce it one day then have it pulled almost immediately. Maybe we won't need it if new Slovenia administration play ball. Made good start by taking hatchet to NGOs!

Just hope they are good to their word and update on Slovenia strategic review next week. Chance for new BoD to start rebuilding bridges.
