In addition to the submitted expert opinions, the location of the intervention, the distance of the intended interventions from the individual watercourses, and taking into account that the groundwater, groundwater and agricultural land in the area do not have good regeneration capacity, taking into account the principle of prudence, agreed with the position of the ARSO, that it is an operation which requires an environmental impact assessment and the acquisition of an OVS.

The MESP has confirmed the findings of the ARSO that the drainage radius will increase and will be carried out at other depths, such as the previous hydraulic breakage, and the hydraulically broken method will be altered, and that this is a procedure that results in changes in the operation devices and for work or interventions that alter the physical reality of the site."

The partners have already obtained an environmental permit for a refinery for the cleaning of raw gas, but the actual installation of the facility could depend on the decision to pump gas.

The production of hydrocarbons began in Petišovsko polje in 1943, with the greatest expansion in the 1980s, and then, with the decision to close the oil refinery, this activity began to diminish in Pomurje.

In both procedures related to Ascent's pumping of gas at Petišovsko polje, then Minister Jure Leben ordered last year's internal control over the work of Ars.

Supervision showed that there were pressures and threats in the proceedings, and that the principles of autonomy and independence of the body and the work of officials were violated.

Well the 2 mill buyer is still building, I do expect an announcement this week, Production for May I am not really fussed about but seismic data is due this month and hopefully results in a higher payload underground in the shallows to exploit.
