They said she would issue the permit.

The 2 mill buyer must have amassed + 20 mill now, I can't see any reason other than they have some information that they know is going to send the share price higher, It could be a slovenian it could be JB's wife account or a Slovenian in the authorities- either way somebody knows something in order to be buying like they are.It goes against my investing strategy but I do follow my gut sometimes and going to get a couple mill more tomorrow.I know a silly thing to do maybe but hey ho!

I think it’s time to realise this ain’t going anywhere even with all strong rumours and permits etc etc still the market refuses to buy into it which is very worrying I suspect they realise it’s all a bit of a amateur finger in the air outfit and no better than picking a horse in grand national
