Result of the slovenian parliament disscusion: VIOLETA TOMI (known environmentalist mp) trying to pooh pooh the hydraulic stimulation by calling it fracking, But what was interesting is the environmental minister knowing this was being tabled "did not attend for the item" Violeta complained that she thinks the permit will be given like other companies, Lilijana Kozlovi the new director of ARSO is believed to look at things fairly and will take the expert opinions and issue the permits.

We should know before June 17th!!

28 March 2019 - so their decision is imminent !

The Board of Ascent confirms that it has filed its appeal against the recent decision of the Slovenian Environment Agency ("ARSO") to request an Environmental Impact Assessment ("EIA") in respect of the application to re-stimulate its existing wells (Pg-10 and Pg-11A) at the Petišovci concession in Slovenia.
