If that is the case how can he object to the polluting gas going to Croatia ?

Slovenia became a champion player at using democratic process and in implementing EU law and regulation to the perfection presented in the series YES Mr. Prime Minister.
No logic and end result needed as long as the process is legal and all the rules are enacted.
