"In the pre-litigation procedure, it was therefore determined whether the announced mining procedure requires an environmental impact assessment and obtain an environmental consent.
The two wells were stimulated in the same way in 2011, and the procedures for their activation started in October 2016 and were completed in February 2017.
The daily production of gas from both wells is only 40,000 standard cubic meters of gas, and from November 2017 they are sold by Croatian INI."

In the past few days, the state environmental agency has sent a call for a ruling on the planned re-stimulation of gas wells Pg-10 and Pg-11 in the Petisovci gas field.
The party now has time to make a statement on the case by 5 July."

Will Bo Arso stop the hydraulic stimulation of the wells?

"The opinion of the state environmental agency could be that which would stop the planned re-stimulation of the wells in the "P" gas field.
The National Environmental Agency has found that re-stimulation of boreholes in the "P" gas field would have significant effects on the environment."

That IPPC must be imminent so getting ready to top up with a few more at these lowly prices.

January 2018 INA Production was 24,600 MWh (which we should achieve now PG-11A is producing again) !
We are getting 16 euros per MWH !

June 2018 Revenue should be 400,000 euros (gas only) !

Condensate should add 40,000 euros !

About the SR - as Colin said it's nearer to the end. I doubt it's just going to end with a sorry no deal. Surely they will continue the SR until there's a deal!? So the part about it being closer to the end than the beginning surely means they are in talks with potential suitors/partners!

An enigmatic turn of phrase towards the end - after he mentioned the Takeover Panel rules.

He said the strategic review process (which started in mid-April) was NEARER ITS END THAN ITS BEGINNING (or words to that effect).

That would imply some time before mid-August.

Of course we have had predictions before about the IPCC, but that is outwith CH's control.
