wrestlingmad:...Good post !
In addition to seeing the contract , 2.6p+ by end of October , and perhaps the IPPC by the year end ; I would very much like to see the back of the unhelpful , untrustworthy and unpleasant Clive Carver , who appears to bring nothing constructive or of value to the business . (That would surely be worth at least another 1p on the share price !)

Quote 1 "The contract provides for the maximum level to be increased following the agreement of both parties and the infrastructure has been constructed and refurbished in such a way as to allow for production to be increased."

Here it states that the initial contract had been set to about 30000 per month or so of revenues however the contract remains flexible and the current infrastructure As we know can take take x 4-5. So potentially Ina during the winter months could come and say for example can you supply us more gas we can then supply them double or triple, which could easily increase our monthly revenues.

quote 2 - "Additionally, as the Company is now generating revenue and is virtually debt free, we are in a strong position to look to expand our operations into new territories."

This tells me that if we don't end up being taken over and remain independent then Colin probably is scouting for more opportunities, and I wouldn't be shocked to see if he is not actively pursuing other opportunities after all we have cash and are debt free, and are going to produce 3 million plus more revenues over a 12 month period. He is probably scouting other regional opportunities in Slovenia or Europe.

Then we could have the IPCC land as all of this comes to life, I see a short term market cap of 100 million, but long term we could be worth a lot more depending on how the IPCC unfolds and if we end up making new acquisitions, and my guess is that's why Colin posted the ft article in m&a not about referencing a takeover but potentially and acquisition he could be lining up.

Local sales AST v GEO

Comparing AST local sales to Geoenergo d.o.o.'s last figures.

Assume AST production = 90 days

Then AST gas production for 1 year would be 4,514,000 cubic metres
Which is only 4% less than
GEO gas production for 1 year of 4,700,000 cubic metres
Not the 50% drop I had expected due to winter heating use. Allowing for rounding errors the gas usage was the same.

Oil / Condensate production for AST for 1 year would be 636 bbls
Which is a huge 79% less than
GEO Oil / Condensate production for 1 year of 3,034 bbls

As there is a higher profit margin selling oil/condensate compared to gas, that would make AST's overall net profit less than that of GEO.

Geo do not give their gross revenue figure so the next bit has an a higher possibility of inaccuracy due to guesswork.
Assuming oil and gas prices for all of 2016 were at the same as those for April to June 2017 that is
Oil condensate at $50 bbl
Gas at 14.11 Euro per MWh ( a 16% discount to the CEGH price for the period)
and that the general admin cost of running GEO and AST were the same.

Then taking Geo's net profit for the year of Euro 74,800 which would be 7.72% of my estimate of their gross revenues.

And applying the same 7.72% to AST's gross revenue.
That would give AST with a net profit per year of £47,555 which is £3,960 per month.

As AST are producing less oil/ condensate the net profit would be less than that, (possibly even a small operating loss) - sensibly AST have written down the profit on the local production to zero.

AST daily production 0.436 mm cu ft day gas
AST daily production 1.74 bbl day oil / condensate

Big volume day today. Loads of trading going on and happy to wait for the BIG news that's going to come. Can't be far away now, possibly the best chance of getting in cheap at these low prices. Good luck all LTH.

If we do not get INA news by end of next week then we absolutely WILL be sub 2p again.I am sorry guys but I really believe this. There are an awful lot of investors who are now just plain fed up waiting. I know we are close but being close just isn't good enough anymore. We NEED INA/IPPC news and we need it NOW.
