Hi Skidaddle

Can you comment on the excerpt below? What do you think this means from today's RNS?

Thanks in advance.

The cash analysis reveals that there is a pressing need for cash at ASA, FRGM and BNC levels and that the matters now under investigation have prejudiced their normal cash flows.

People like you come and go. They usually lose their shirts in the end. I've been on the BB's since 2001 and done very nicely thank you.

All I see from you is a lot of nothing, and nothing is what you will probably end up with.

How about some facts. All verifiable by looking back on this BB and my postings. Contrast that with the flatulance you have been spouting the last couple of days.

What with "All-in Sustaining C3 Cost for the (3rd) quarter of US$988/oz", current gold price at $1233 and $ to £ at .72, if that was maintained for a whole quarter that throws off £3,250,000 of profit.

Hmm..........Mcap of £6.64, possible profit from gold per quarter (if gold price and production level maintained) of £3,250,000.

Yeah I know, nickel still is a bit of a problem, but it looks like they are getting it under control and it is a separate company. But there is that 3m ounces of gold at Zani Kodo.

The risk/reward is starting to look very attracive here. Anyways...I bought another 200k this morning as the share price looks too low to me imho.

Bought 200,000 this morning at 0.73p for my sins. Just because it doesn't show on ADVFN, it doesn't mean there aren't any trades.

Same here. Bought another 200,000 at 0.6p, taking my total to a nice 1 million.

I think so too!

Bought another 200,000 at 0.5p.

The fact is that I was free carried for all of my ASA shares as I sold some on the way up, until I bought 350,000 yesterday for 0.99p, which as we speak is currently 20% in profit!

Will Darwin lend £4m at 0.4p or 0.5p?

Little dead cat bounce.
Anyone could anticipate this.

Well with a bit of ramping from a useless bunch board members, MUGS have piled in for the slaughter.

That's right bbb put on a good face. Things aren't so clear cut now are they. You must be underwater at the current price.

Since the drop in Nickel price months back, it has become ever more likely ASA needed additional funding for re-deepening project, most likely from a placing as wouldn't particularly like to see the net debt position increase further (was $58m FYE March 2016, so must be worse now).

With market cap of £21m the funding risk is probably now reflected in the share price and should have been prior to this episode - it may have been the billionaire Li Kwok Po's buying that kept it elevated at 2p+.

However the political risks (confiscation of assets like what happened to the Chinese-run Zimbabwe diamond mines accused of fraud) and court cases are a complete unknown and now more in the spot light, which can't be simply dismissed.

Who knows though, If Ning and co's assets are confiscated and given to indigenous investors willing to pay (Zindico), you solve the indigenisation issue and funding in one fell swoop, without dilution or impacting PIs... Stranger things have happened in Zim

Good luck to all the long-term holders in any event still invested

Will close flat today after the exuberance gave shorters an opportunity to take more shorts in the spike.

Hope everyone who are sane, are taking opportunities to short it now. Yes some punters made some money and they are exiting now.

Company has stated they need funding.

Careful of the puffing rns, clearly a desperate act.
