A chance to start afresh and move on to bigger and better things?

Nope, lets promote Dearing who was instrumental in the coup that allowed Chinese to take over ASA and has no technical mining knowledge or Project Management experience at running a major company...

Disclosure shows what state he left his own company in: "Mr. Dearing was appointed a director of Icethaw Salt Supplies Limited on 11 January 2010 and resigned on 11 March 2014. On 22 April 2014, an administrator was appointed. The estimated deficiency as regards creditors was around £600,000"

Mr. E.G. Perhaps you ought to take possession of the paper certificates then...

I've been considering it for some time.

According to David Stockman, it's gonna get ugly... soon...

Perhaps Davy is plotting to get a couple of ladies to rub a cloth laced with some toxin on Mugabe's face when he's next in the far east.

They're going to be short of shares as our billionaire investor is constantly buying. I've tucked mine away and am happy to ride the waves until full value is released.I'm reading that Mugabe isn't well and is back and forth to his quack in Singapore for transfusions.

One thing I noticed about the new web-site is the reference to ASA Gold, ASA Copper etc etc...

Is this code for - "We're going to split the Companies into resource areas, ready for divesting them as separate entities..."?

I suspect that many of the Chinese shareholders are connected. I assume that the nomad and Non Executives suspect the same.
Perhaps Nings shareholding, and or any connected to him could be taken as compensation ?
Non Execs and Nomad may be concerned about their reputations.
FCA unlikely to do anything.
Small shareholders would be the biggest losers in a delisting.

Is there nothing that WE private investors can do, via the FCA? Or is what I hear about them, true? Toothless Fairies?

I saw a video on YT, of a Dutch Financier being interviewed, and he said somethings that made my skin crawl... (via sub-titles) If it is true... and it appeared so.

The non executive directors and the nomad may face some liabilities. If the company is majority owned by the embezzlers....they are hardly likely to take action against themselves !
I can not see the chief counsel/ company secretary taking action against those that pay him.

The authorities will be watching ASA like hawks from now on. They'll have to be as transparent as air. The swamp is being drained and it's a case of onwards and upwards. As the billionaire continues to add to his share holding and shares become more tightly held, any remaining shares will be sold at a premium.
