G-I can fully relate to your GKP sentiments and I constantly question BBBS and others motives and do any of the "experts" still hold. I think we will be stuck with GKP for a while and hopefully the world doesn't explode before we can at least get our heads above water.

I am intrigued by AHRT because it is a tech company and you are constantly hearing how we have just scratched the surface of tech. It also seems like tech M&A's of obscure companies like AHRT happen regularly for billions.

Having not seen a hologram I am not sure what the difference is like, im looking for news on the attendees reaction to the Tony Robbins event.

Yes roily, looks like you are right, not quite "liftoff" for ARHT at the moment - but a substantial spike in daily volume over the last few days.
Im in a bit of a quandry about this share ...I am rather deeply into GKP over the last few years, sort of got suckered in by all the "expert" chitchat from so-called smart guys on the Interactive Investor discussion board around 2009 and later ...
... well, the "smart guys" have magically drifted away into obscurity after GKP spiked around early 2012 ....enough said - it all stinks, and the moral is..I know-I know!...don't listen to or rely on anonymous posters on any discussion board.
But AHRT is intriguing... if only I could escape from the GKP stranglehold with some semblance of dignity (and cash) ...I wouldn't mind a punt on AHRT ...
PS
GKP and AHRT have some similarities ..outrageous potential (according to the BoD's)..shares as cheap as chips ..and certainly have been 'talking the talk' and big big name-dropping in their early days.
PS ... whats the difference between..a hologram/humagram zipped on to a stage at some prestigious conference or presentation ..or a direct TV link which facilitates a 2-way discussion ?
What's the difference..?
regards

Commenting, Chief Operating Officer of Ticketmaster Canada, Patti-Anne Tarlton said “the MTS Centre and Canadian Music Week are the start of an exciting relationship that will demonstrate ARHT’s robust technology across a number of events, venues and retail settings.”

ARHT Media’s patent-pending technology platform and 3D display products provide a scalable, repeatable and transportable form of 3D without the use of special glasses. This unique platform makes it possible for people to engage with human holograms (HumaGrams™) and cinematic quality content powered by a proximity-based, programmatic engine that dynamically curates a measurable viewing experience targeted to each viewer. “ARHT is pleased to be working with entertainment leader Ticketmaster Canada, whose commitment to providing so many fans access to virtually every event in the nation has transformed the Canadian fan experience. We are excited to see our technology deployed across a number of entertainment and retail applications in key areas where engagement, data capture and analytics are missing today. Our goal is to drive increased engagement across promotion, advertising and fan monetization using our robust data capture and real-time analytics to intelligently drive a targeted user experience in some of the biggest and best venues across Canada.””; said Paul Duffy CEO of ARHT Media Inc.

roily - their announcements certainly gush with barrow-loads of exuberant words, usually served up with a good helping of celebrity name-dropping.
Rarely seem to issue 'news' unless there's a celebrity name to be thrown in ... is it all show-business hype, or could their innovation be the real deal ?
That is the question ...

My excitement didn't last long as SGU trades for 0.20 on the ASX and that is after completing a 1:20 share consolidation in January 2014. That means they went from 1.3b shares in issue to 60m so I guess that is a positive. Also looks like their revenues have been increasing but need to do some more DD on SGU to see what this partnership can mean for ARHT. I think its safe to say that this is not blockbuster news but it may be a start towards monetization.

G- I have not been in contact with them as there really wasn't much to discuss but I have been meaning to do so and I will try to contact them today to see what's up.

They still tweet something 2 or 3 days per week but the tweets are generally industry related and not directly related to the company.

It would be nice if they were on the cutting edge of something because the only thing my E&Ps are on is the dung heap.

Hey roily ...
..... what's up .. ?
ARHT's trading volume today was over 330,000 ...been nowhere near that figure for past month or 2 or 3 ...
Any whispers or news in the pipeline from your people ?

Trading Volume up from 6K to 330k virtually overnight suggests something's in the air ...?
Highest average monthly volume I've seen for a long while was circa 100,00 a good few months back.
That average volume was even mentioned in one of ARHT's promo summaries before the Toronto Harry Rosen exhibit- and also before the CANTECH 2015 Best in Show Award "

Since then there's been no news / silence from the Company or the airwaves
.... and today the share-traded volume zooms up to over 330,00.
Seems to me somebody somewhere knows something that all us small private individuals/investors don't know ...
... or alternatively ... the big jump in volume means nothing
... Who knows ..? Who knows what .. ?

Hi roily
Its been a very quiet few weeks on this discussion board ... and no new news-releases from ARHT ...
.. as you seem to be fairly well-placed at the hub of all things ARHT ...
.. have you had any more contact with your contacts at the company ?
Do you know if there are any more snippets of news or information that potential shareholders like me might be interested in ?
PS
Yes ... I am well aware of the pitfalls of divulging any "market-sensitive" information ... but I just wondered if you had any worth-while contact or feedback in the last few weeks which you could share with us ... ?
ARHT have been very silent for a while ...
regards

Another addition to board of advisors

ARHT Media Inc. Appoints Entertainment Broadcaster Ben Mulroney to its Board of Directors
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jan. 29, 2015) - ARHT Media Inc. ("ARHT") (TSX VENTURE:ART)(OTCQB:ARHTF), creators of digital human holograms called HumaGrams™, today announced that it has appointed Ben Mulroney, Canadian broadcaster and television personality, to its Board of Directors.

Ben Mulroney is most recognized for his role as the host of the entertainment news program, etalk, covering news and major events in industry including the Oscars and the Golden Globes. Over his 13 years in television and radio, he has been on shows from the chatroom, to Canadian Idol and the etalk20. Over the years he has interviewed some of the biggest stars of film, fashion, music and television from around the world. Beyond his regular shows, Ben has worked for Good Morning America, guest hosted Live! With Kelly and was a member of the broadcast team from the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver. He is currently producing a number of personal projects and works closely with children's charitable organizations.

Commenting on his appointment to the board, Ben Mulroney said, "We've been talking about holograms becoming a reality since they were featured in iconic movies of the past. I am excited to see how people adopt and use it in the entertainment industry today. I look forward to working together with ARHT's board and management team."

CEO of ARHT Media Inc., Paul Duffy said "Ben is another name we are proud to have associated with our brand. Our goal is to build a well-rounded and powerful board that will become our key to exploring growth in the areas that HumaGrams™ are most relevant."

Following the appointment of Mr. Mulroney, ARHT also announces the resignation of Ryan Ptolemy from its Board of Directors. Mr. Ptolemy is a Certified General Accountant and CFA charter holder, currently holding several financial leadership roles. Speaking of the move, Rene Bharti, Co-Founder and Chairman of ARHT said, "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Ryan for his valued contribution as a member of our Board of Directors, particularly in navigating things during our early days. We wish him the very best as he resumes his extensive regular responsibilities."

Yes roily, I browse the tweets ... but not surprisingly, 99 per cent of them are promoting and painting a comfy, pink & fluffy image of ARHT & the Humagram toy ...

Ad nauseum, I still sit on the fence until I see some solid news about the product Patent status / whether the development process is near completion, or is it still in its infancy ? ... or, assuming it is all ready for take-off ..when will we see some initial marketing results and/or monetisation ?

OK ... I may be impatient .. but Big-Shot 'advisors' and happy company tweets don't quite make me twitter enough to gamble a few £'s .... though it will be very interesting to see how this adventure plays out...

The share price settling & hovering between 47-49 cents this last month or 2 suggests not a lot is happening ...
... hope I don't miss out when/if lift-off occurs
LoL

roily & panagos

First .. very valid question roily ... what exactly is a "Board of Advisors " ?
.... Are they merely a collection of upfront established celebrities/household names in the public eye, who go in front of a microphone or a TV camera and gush "honey & sugar " words about what a great new High-Tech discovery/ enterprise the AHRT company has in its grasp ?

OR ... are the "Advisors" in any way seriously financially committed via share holdings or contracts to the company .. eg contracted to actively apply their contacts & expertise & celebrity towards a profitable outcome for the AHRT cpmpany ?

Are they major shareholders ?

Or merely " Big-Faces "
What are their salaries/fees/bonus/structures ..?

Do they "own", or have any percentage share holdings in the control and running of the company ?

I'm still watching this one develop .. but with a share price hovering between 45-50cents, despite all the Big-Hype ..and all the big-shots allegedly on board ...I would have thought this share would start showing some more excitement / upward activity ...

...I can't see how or why any much more techno development time is needed - AHRT have already invented "Vincent" and the platform for the 'Humagram' technology .. how much more development is needed before it goes to market ? ...

I would have thought the invention is already done .... all that's needed now is the global advertising and marketing ...quickly followed by a Tsunami of multi-million customers and a sudden overwhelming influx of £billions /or $billions )

... I always was a dreamer .. LoL ... but my same old question -- has there been any Patent applications filed or registered ?

Pangos-good optimism but I think we are a ways away from getting any real positive returns. Best in Show is cool and one step at a time.

Are there other companies that have a "Board of Advisors" and what does that really mean? I guess thats a question for them next time I speak with them.
