06/11/2013 00:07 | Just bought into a few others this week so just suggesting you to take a look. Blavod (BES) interesting results this week. Company on the turn. Pipehawk (PIP), not bought yet but seriously considering. Made 588k on todays results , but offset by research write downs. ALso company owes director afew million as he has kept it going these last few years. Intermims they had only made 83k so a second half making 500k suggests they might make a million. My basic plan is to have 5 micro shares with 3 grands worth of each one accumulated over the next 12 months gradually. Ive currrrently got ARTA, BES, CNEL. Probably going to add PIP next week and need to find one more. | glennborthwick
04/11/2013 16:00 | yes nigel. I got some at around 8.2 so they do have stock. My guess would be an overhang from Bisseling. Could do with someone buying the lot to clear it | glennborthwick
04/11/2013 14:19 | No Smart concepts didnt go through, not worth it after all. | stinkstruik
04/11/2013 12:38 | glen, cottoner, thanks. My interest in directors' holdings was in knowing how many share Maarten Bisseling held. From the RNS dated 3 Oct 2011 I guess it was 3,671,549 when Maarten left the board on 27 Sept last. There is obviously someone trying to sell a fairly substantial holding, because buys are going through at less than the mid price without shifting the price, and I guess the seller is likely to be Maarten. So, anyone care to try to calculate how many he is likely to have left? Nigel Martin | gnnmartin
04/11/2013 08:21 | Ok Im up to two grands worth now plus drip feeding £100 a month through iii share builder every month on a years view for next years results. | glennborthwick

02/11/2013 09:28 | I'd like to see a shed load of options for them at 16p as an incentive to double hand share price | glennborthwick

01/11/2013 18:24 | Digital look have them | glennborthwick
01/11/2013 18:23 | Digital look has will at 3.1 million and the other guy at 2.2 million. | glennborthwick
01/11/2013 11:23 | I've been looking at the recent annual report, and been unable to find the significant shareholdings in Artilium including directors' shareholdings. I haven't read methodically page by page all 89 pages, can anyone save me that effort and point me to the page on which this is reported? Am I right to assume it does have to be reported? PS. I've found a list of major shareholders on the company's web site at but I still haven't found any information about director's shareholdings. PPS. I'm now fairly confident that the directors' shareholdings are not reported in the annual report. I thought that was mandatory. | gnnmartin
01/11/2013 09:28 | As far as I know these huge ebonus payments have come to an end with current management (at least that is what it seemed last investor presentation in Holland, which I joined). Management seems to be sincere with the well being of company. | stinkstruik
01/11/2013 09:24 | any idea where these are shown mudbath. Always interesting to see how these are aligned with share price/profits. | glennborthwick
01/11/2013 09:20 | I have been here from 40pence downwards !! Good to see an improving chance of recovery. Not too impressed by the BOD sucking cash out via HUGE bonus payments though. OK if they prove to be justified by future developments but not if the Directors scale up their remuneration even further if continued corporate progress is achieved. | mudbath
01/11/2013 09:09 | Glen, Stinks, thanks for the pointers. | gnnmartin
01/11/2013 08:32 | Yes MVNO's like Bliep in Holland are a good business for ARtilium. Each new customer fro Bliep brings in money for Artilium. New CEO is Willem van den Brink (also ex KPN) and still with very good connections in the telco world. The company has a very stable and experienced management now. Patrick Morley is also a very strong sign (google him). If you want to learn what the company is involoved in , the best is to Wikipedia MVNE and MVNO. Artilium is delivering teh software for the telco's. | stinkstruik
31/10/2013 22:51 | youre on a similar track to me. The new guys have excellent pedigree. Basically what they do is provide the platform software that you see on mobile phones and phone companies pay them for that right. They have also bought their own small telecoms company so they have a revenue from that. | glennborthwick
31/10/2013 21:29 | I've been looking at this: I can't remember why now, but it looks interesting. I'm still trying to understand exactly what they do! I'll try to attend the AGM in January to see if I can get a better understanding. I see they got a new chairman in Jan 2012, and Maarten Bisseling seemed to be a key member of the company (CEO, then CTO) and seems to have been eased out last September. I would like to understand the reasons for these changes, and whether they are good or bad news, or just natural business evolution. Maarten came from KPN: I assume his going doesn't signal a cooling of the relation with KPN, in fact it seems a bit more likely that his going is part of actions that have set the relation with KPN onto a sounder footing. I didn't notice if anyone posted the url for a company presentation that Artilium gave in the Netherlands last June, so I'll post it here. hxxp://www.artilium. Nigel Martin | gnnmartin
31/10/2013 09:23 | This year will be an intersting year. From what I understand United Telecom and Bliep keep on growing. Next to that I also do hope they are looking for another acquisition. | stinkstruik
30/10/2013 20:58 | cheers, an interesting document. I like the idea that buying telecoms companies can double the revenue as they move everyone over onto their own platform. Would be good if they could grow by acquisition as well as organically. | glennborthwick
30/10/2013 10:51 | Glenn, give me your email address , I will send you something | stinkstruik |
