Could you give me link to that forecast you found ?

That should be possible. Not taking into account a new contract, which can of course add substantially to the forcast.

They just launched a cloud version of their software.
This should be ahead of the competition. i expect at least 1 more contract with a big telco in the next few months.

In last years results they hinted at heading into eastern europe. WOuld quite like an update on where they are at with that.

Found a forecast for current year. Think these are probably from the housebroker. Forecasts for this year;

30-Jun-14 turnover 11.50 net profit 0.61 earnings per share 0.32p.

If they did make £600k net would be great. With 2.5 million in the bank, and 600k a year net profit Id have thought we could hit 15p fairly easily.

I bought in already quite a while ago and I am just sitting on them, but I think your timing is almost perfect

whats interesting is the cash and cash equivalent balances. AT the interims 546,000, end of the year, 2.4 million.

ALso trade receivables up from 2.5 million to 2.9 million. Quite a strong underlying performance.

just looked again, its 5.2 so organically it went from 3.4 to 6 million. Quite a chunk of it ended up as cash in the bank.

so if turnover went from 3.4 to 11.2, realistically organic turnover when you take off the 2.5mill , means underlying it went from 3.4 to 8.5 which is impressive in itself.

ok I really like companies once cash flow starts which is pretty much now looking at results. I need to get my head around how much of that was due to the United telecom purchase, how much was a lumpy one off and how much is organic.

I cannot find the Equity Development item on their website even though I am logged in. Perhaps they no longer cover ARTA.

Plus whatever happened to India. Loos to have disappeared off the radar. For this to really fly they could do with an install in another region.

yes typically 3-5 years. I tend to buy regularly each month over a period of a year or so to build up a decent stake.

I tend to look for companies at or near breakeven with little debt. I noticed their last set of results which fitted the criteria really.
