17/2/2010 14:39 | Yes, thats exactly how I read it, very confident in my view, I much prefer that than the issue of further equity. In fact does that not tell you something? :-)) | g0rdgeko
15/2/2010 19:50 | JR - from the Interim statement... The negative equity position of GBP108,000 includes the effect of GBP137,000 of management charges which, together with an additional GBP12,000 cash loan, are fully financed by an interest-free subordinated facility provided by the major shareholders. The interested shareholders have confirmed that they have no intention of calling the facility (which in any case requires a minimum of 12 months notice) in the near future and that, in principal, they are willing to extend further such facilities throughout 2010. Perhaps it is formalising this facility...it says 'in principal, they are willing to extend further such facilities throughout 2010.' If so, this will provide the market with more certainty towards the future of ARTO. | ggekkko
11/2/2010 23:27 | Issue of equity is good, it will help liquidity, I wonder if the MM's have asked for this, is further news due? very interesting times, "shareholder financing facility"?? any views | jr ewing
08/2/2010 19:25 | tried to buy 2000 today and got quoted £1.53!!!, through barclays stockbrokers | jr ewing
08/2/2010 15:36 | In the news... | ggekkko
03/2/2010 22:49 | Thanks recruiter, I think this one is a winner and I intend to add when opportunities arise | jr ewing
03/2/2010 08:57 | i think this one is different! another thing I'd bring to people's attention is the listing value on entry - under £0.5m approx - unlike many before that have listed with unrealistic price tags attached, where the only way is down... this one offers investors a real opportunity to see their stakes grow | ggekkko
02/2/2010 09:15 | hmmm, same names from that absolute dog that went under quite a while ago....better luck this time guys | recruiter
02/2/2010 09:11 | thanks for your assessment GGEkkko, axciting times ahead without a doubt. these guys seem very confident | g0rdgeko
01/2/2010 21:41 | I would have to agree, this is far too cheap IF the platform is proven | jr ewing
01/2/2010 13:16 | Difficult to say at this stage as we've little idea on fixed costs - salaries etc. At this stage I can't imagine they'll need an army of people to run things. The gross margins are clearly high, and they are making very good headway in reaching their £300m assets under management exclusivity target, as long as this first one pulls off. Given the state and current value of the property market, if that £300m is achieved (or even with reference to this first case), is there yet further upside to be had from upward valuations in the assets under management as the market recovers? I'm pretty comfortable that there's much further upside in the share price, given the lowly £1m value ARTO stands at now. | ggekkko
01/2/2010 11:18 | not long before this catches the wider markets eye. GGEKKO, HOW WILL THAT INCOME REFLECT IN THE FURURE SHARE PRICE | g0rdgeko
01/2/2010 10:25 | It will be income of £1.56m based on the total of the 2 phases £130m assets. The 9.5% to 12.5% licence fee won't kick in until income is £2m. Margins are incredible. | ggekkko
30/1/2010 20:54 | This looks amazing, some of these figures are astonishing, they even take a cut when the fund buys a property! how good is that Currently holding a few but thinking of adding Any views? | jr ewing
28/1/2010 16:07 | Management true to their word... Arteon is shaping up to be an interesting play, with good quality and regular updates to the market, being forthcoming. This could be the first step of a major success story. | ggekkko
27/1/2010 20:56 | the last rns suggests an update by the end of this week | ggekkko
27/1/2010 15:18 | Oh I would imagine it is, the last two announcements basically tell you. Only a matter of time before we have some news and this will blow. | g0rdgeko
27/1/2010 11:30 | It would be nice to hear more about what is happening - if indeed it is. | clocktower
22/1/2010 16:25 | I Like the company, like the management, like the offering Yes, I LIKE IT | g0rdgeko
04/1/2010 12:15 | I like what I see CT, and it would appear that important milestones are being reached and achieved. "Following the preparatory steps taken in 2009 we hope, during 2010, to begin generating revenues as platform provider and asset manager to a new breed of transparent property funds and vehicles" "this platform should give Arteon a unique competitive proposition in the investment property marketplace" " talks are underway with a number of parties interested in establishing the first of these entities" "We will be previewing the platform at launch events in the UK and mainland Europe beginning in January 2010 and I expect to be in a position to update you further on concrete progress towards the showcase funds at that time." | ggekkko
31/12/2009 15:06 | I must admit the results statement looks very positive for the future growth of the company. May I extend my good wishes to the board of directors and wish them every success in 2010. | clocktower
06/12/2009 13:44 | No JR - not in yet. At present it looks like it is just hot air that is holding this up - Heligas maybe - and it is running out in the world. :-) | clocktower
01/12/2009 22:01 | Looking back at the trades in November (at the time of the rise) volume was very small, and a fraction of the shares in issue (90% of which are out of public hands). From JR's link, It could be entertaining when 'the near future' is with us. | ggekkko
28/11/2009 22:08 | Oh by the way, look at this : This will be a ten bagger, I can feel it in my water :-)) | jr ewing |
