STATEMENT RE SUSPENSION OF TRADING IN SHARES AND

PROPOSED ACQUISITION



Archimedia is an investing company whose shares were admitted to trading on AIM
prior to 1 April 2005 and which raised less than £3m on admission. As the
Company has not yet made an announcement in relation to a reverse takeover under
Rule 14 of the AIM rules, trading in the Company's shares will be suspended at 7
am today.



The board of Archimedia is pleased to announce that the Company has agreed in
principle heads of terms for the acquisition of a company in the media sector.
The acquisition is subject, inter alia, to due diligence, a fundraising and
Archimedia's shareholders' approval. Due diligence is underway and the Company
is hopeful that full details of the transaction will be announced as set out
below.



The acquisition would, if completed, constitute a reverse takeover under the AIM
rules. The timetable for posting details to shareholders will be a function,
amongst others, of the due diligence process but the Company expects to announce
details in early May and call an extraordinary general meeting to approve the
acquisition at that time.



Shareholders should note that under the AIM rules, the admission of the
Company's shares will be cancelled if the Company has not completed a reverse
takeover by 3 October 2006."

Speculative but these AIM cash shells always are.
I'm pleased to be holding atm.

Interesting to see a SELL at 3.12p - has a big holder had to sell to cover the Director's buy from last week ??

one to keep a watch on for sure, director buying after he already has 22% means that possibly there is something afoot. Mkt cap is minute on this and shares in circulation also means any good news will be met with leaps and bounds of increase.

They seem to have had only one acquisition which was the victor predictor one in August, seems puzzling why a director is buying more when he has shedloads anyway.

With one of the Directors buying at 3p, presumably the other won't be selling at that price, so any half decent sized buys will probably get this moving northwards, with the lack of free stock.

Had a look at the website - looks okay - no idea of number of users though - just interested that a Director should buy 2.5% of company today - any info on other shareholders?

NIL Turnover in last acccounts, but have since done a deal with a website www.predictor.com.

Director bought 250k today @ 3p.

Any thoughts ??
