A fairer comment would be that the company will relist,the question is what will current equity holders retain.....they have already indicated circa 50% dilution and to be fair they say that should be it !
BUT they have been looking for circa £13 million in addition funding now for circa 7 months in two continents and still haven't managed to get the required monies !!!
The tech has value but the company isn't exactly in a position of strength and their demands for the funding are far too demanding so it's a case of good luck and I hope you manage to salvage something....
Most other companies would have already done a prepack by now so there is hope....

Well thank you to rackers1 and aja5 for your replies to my question. Basically you both say that the people who retain their shares are sitting on a pile of poo. I would appreciate a reply from someone who has a contrary view. On a different note, it's a good job the Tories are cutting down child benefit for the third child.....should get rid of it all together in my view.
