Graphite Joint ventureCould Acp be looking at a JV with one of our close neighbours in Tanzania such as Kibaran or BlackRock? There's also Volt Resources who's chairman is our largest shareholder.

Vox Markets https://www.voxmarkets.co.uk/blogs/3-reasons-add-armadale-capital-acp-vox-markets-watchlist/Taking all this into account, at a market capitalisation of £5.2m Armadale Capital seem to present decent upside especially when you compare them to a peers in Tanazania. For example Kibaran Resources are valued at A$36.63m (£20.2m) when Armadale Capital's Indicated Resources are 3 times the size and yet their current market capitalisation is quarter of theirs.

Buys are coming through as sells. It has baffled me why this is so undervalued and absolutely no movement even with great news.

From yesterdays RNSNick Johansen, Director of Armadale said: "To have defined a 31 year mine plan that can produce 400,000tpa of graphite at a grade of 12.5% is very exciting. Crucially the mine plan is based on near surface material with a very low strip ratio, which has positive cost impacts as the deposit will be relatively simple to mine and metallurgical test work to date has shown that minimal processing is required to produce a high grade, quality graphite concentrate. The results of this mine plan and optimisation work will feed into the Scoping Study, which is now nearing completion.

the gold asset being dumped was a painful blow, they spent millions on that but ACP had to choose and they did the right thing dumping the gold.

The company just could not afford to take on the two assets.

Its starting to look good, not really happy how the aussies took over ACP but its done now.

Still keeping an eye on this.

One thing i must add the rns today didnt do much to the share price

£5 million mcap, $73 million yearly revenue Quick calculation400,000 tonnes per annum of Graphite12.5% total Graphite Content.400,000tpa X 12.5% tgc = 50,000tpa of Graphite50,000tpa X $1150(Large flake size price)=$57,500,000 per annumAcp's resource also contains arge amounts of the XL flake which is a premium $1,750 per tonne.Using the 15.5% tgc would give a yearly revenue of $73,300,000. This isn't even taking into account the XL flake size ($1,750 pt) of which we have a decent amount. Does anyone know what the extraction cost is especially the near surface stuff. Absolutely massive potential here.

break 0.03 & will march on to 12.5ps if the same amount of shares in issue remains the same according to my abacus. ktf our commodity is in critical supply and the demand will hike the price of high grade flake.
