Was a new one on me but I think it was more the mine development they come into their own as they have no experience of gold exploration, so shouldn't be a surprise. It's the huge building projects they come into their own and perhaps we all assumed as I did operational input now .

Think it is very easy to be blaming the market instead of taking some ownership for the fall. Yes market forces have been bad but we were losing value long before that.

They are making a genuine if awkward effort to answer the questions today, my past experience (other companies) in the distant past of similar questions are ones where the investor is ignored/slagged off, so all credit to the board for tackling the issue head on. Helps to strengthen my view of a team of decent people.
