08/1/2021 13:13 | I have been communicating these errors believe me. I even sent your last post as example of sentiment. I've no issue with share price movement as in for medium term and it's ridiculously undervalued but yes things should have been done differently. | bigglesbingham
08/1/2021 13:10 | Personally believe he is over committed to AAU - all savings pensions he's said are AAU stock but difference between himself and other investors is his income linked to AAU. So if he was client I'd have advised to do what he did BUT I'd have communicated it better. | bigglesbingham
08/1/2021 12:49 | Had the JV completed sooner and the divi paid in accordance etc, then I suspect KS would not have been making these transactions. The divi cash on his shares would've potentially covered his needs instead. Seems fair to assume he ran out of both time and choice (for whatever the cash was for)? | dixi
08/1/2021 12:45 | biggles, Yes, it is frustration. No company will ever be perfect in its shareholders' eyes and I know I will disagree with some strategic and tactical decisions that the BoD make. But the frustration is more at the moment because most of the recent errors have been, as they would say in tennis, unforced. | jaf1948
08/1/2021 12:42 | You beat me to it JAF ha ha you have to have balance but the communication of the transactions and the reasons why were very poor. | bigglesbingham
08/1/2021 12:41 | Timing wasn't great and communication was poor however the cashing in of warrants were discussed at the time and the potential reasons thereof. Don't lose sight that the markets were battered the week after KS crystallised warrants and the result of the warrants being crystallised are an increase in KS shareholding albeit a small amount. The shares were not traded on open market so not directly attributable to share price reduction through supply demand parameters. Yes your frustrated but comments like these with only half facts aren't helpful imho. | bigglesbingham
08/1/2021 12:37 | Just an afterthought for balance: Ariana is still a very good and profitable company and I am fully invested here. That doesn't mean I will always agree with their every action. | jaf1948
08/1/2021 12:22 | Just had a few at 5p | charles clore
08/1/2021 12:19 | SP’s very stubborn 😥 | cool hand kev
08/1/2021 12:12 | So selling around 7m shares at about 5.8p then exercising options at 1.55p nets a nice quarter of a million pounds. And then a announcement 4 days later that the JV is delayed again which almost guarantees a fall in the share price, and lo, it has fallen the best part of a penny since then which, coincidentally, is around the value of the proposed special dividend which has therefore effectively been wiped out. Ariana was not always like this. It has become a typical AIM company, which is not a compliment in my book. The survival of the fattest. | jaf1948
08/1/2021 11:45 | Back into buying opportunity territory again. | charles clore
08/1/2021 11:39 | I asked her and she said "biscuit"... Make of that what you will :) | kirbs4
08/1/2021 10:01 | I added a few this morning 😃 I've just noticed that my buy is listed in the sell column. So don't be deceived. | cool hand kev
08/1/2021 09:28 | Is your daughters friend a mining expert? | paul280i
08/1/2021 08:33 | Damn autocorrect, a friends daughter is called Arianna :) | kirbs4
08/1/2021 08:32 | See Arianna tweeting an Australian websites article promoting a 2021 miners boom | kirbs4
07/1/2021 18:47 | My mum live there too yep very sleepy down there. | bigglesbingham
07/1/2021 18:31 | It would help if Kerim left sleepy surburban Perth(my sister lives there in Mosman Park) and gets his hands back down and dirty in good old Turkish soil....hands off management stretching credibility too long. | 8rad
07/1/2021 13:13 | temujiin, yeah future looks good. and i didn't even mention the biggie - salinbas! | konil
07/1/2021 13:07 | Konil, I think we are in ball park agreement of AAU's prospects going forward, just disagree about the immediate effects of deal approval. Hopefully we'll find out soon enough and you'll be right. | temujiin
07/1/2021 11:40 | I see other drivers but the cash input of $37m has to be the catalyst if it's communicated correctly | bigglesbingham
07/1/2021 11:22 | Hi Pharmoutcomeszzz, Lotts, yes they are all parts of the process and until it's approved it's not 100% certain, and also it may be that the final hurdle does make a difference and we get a re-rate, but I don't think anyone here thinks it's not going to be approved so in that sense it's probably mostly 'priced in'. I expect we might see a small uptick upon approval, followed quickly by a small down tick, then as I see it, it's the bread and butter stuff that will make for a lasting re-rate, how quickly on the ground progress will happen is uncertain atm tho. | temujiin |
