thank you. is it possible, that they will spend most of the cash that remains after the extra divi will be spend on the existing assets? the more I think and read the more I think this could happen.

Meaning JV is needed and there will be an explosion of the free cash flow like 3-4 years down the road - but not before.

This is a few snippets from the Open Chat Room. I believe there were four people in total asking questions including Paul & I.
Kerim said it would take about 3 years to work through the resource drilling, feasibility & EIA for Salinbas. Permiting is unknown and could add to the timeline.
Re; Proccea Kerim said Proccea will be earning into Salinbas during the period of the earn-in by the incoming party. Proccea will also be managing the enlarged J.V. and its individual projects. The value of their financial contribution in this sense is similar to the incoming party at the moment of earn-in commencement, The mgmt terms will be specified in the JV documentation.
Kerim also said in respect of Kiziltepe - "I have long stated that I believe we have a 10+ year total mine life".
Re; Tavsan he said contingent on securing the EIA which is currently with the Authorities and on track, and the necessary forestry permits, then we could see ourselves moving towards production in late 2021" He also said this to Tom W. In normal circumstances they would have expected to clear the EIA during this summer.
I asked him about the Underground story. He replied "it is a little early to say specificall. What I can say is that the current resource block model extends significantly below the current Arzu South pit and along the NW extension. So much so that we probably have perhaps double the total Arzu South resource which cannot currently be mined by open-pit methods. That seems like an awful lot of gold to leave behind! And that is based on what we already know ....."

Ariana was one of Nigel Somerville's tip for the Shareprophets day and Tom interviewed Kerim for about 30 minutes. Tom also seemed very positive but decided not to add AAU to his tips for the day as Nigel had already selected it. Kerim is still in Perth but came over enthusiastic, confident and very assured imo about the Co's future.

This is what Kerim said in the Chat room today in answer to my question. Kerim: Yes - in terms of dividend - if we pull off the deal our intention is to do a one off special. He also said:
Doing the deal is important for us as it would allow us to "grow the pie", so that out slice, although smaller, would ultimately constitute a greater value for the company. Plus we would be partially cashing out, giving us a great deal of optionality on developing our overall portfolio and potentially paying a dividend.

Some good questions Paul, but I’m not that convinced BOD intends one off divi, as implied in KS’s Proactive interview a few weeks back, I think to road map going forward is clear, with plan A and plan B, certainly seems like KS much prefers the 3 way JV as this enables him to prove up, develope existing and undertake further exploration, adding further value to the 100m entity. IMO.

I would prefer a smaller one off divi and the immediate start of regular divi with the saving. It signals intent, rather than "might be a regular divi sometime."

To be honest I didn't expect a regular divi for a while yet but would expect Kerim to make the best of as much of that JV money as possible in the form of a one off divi.
