14/6/2019 13:55 | Bitcoin $8350. ARB not really responded. Could see $9000. ARB updates are going to be interesting. | whoppy
13/6/2019 09:00 | good to see bitcoin pulling back up | ragnarr
06/6/2019 10:15 | This week saw #crypto-mining services company #ARGO continue a string of strong updates and news flow...Here, we ask whether its prospects outweigh the risk of another widespread crash in the #cryptocurrency market.https://total | burtond1
04/6/2019 08:38 | Great update, but doesn't entirely make sense (to me anyway) Argo are currently capable of mining ~£680k per month, but the proposed deal with FIH is for £1m per month... They're paying more than Argo are capable of mining? | peted81
03/6/2019 20:51 | Not even a dilution really as it's a swap, Argo get the equivalent value in Hive shares | orm5
03/6/2019 20:49 | Not much activity here given the update. So reading between the lines, does this mean they are looking to achieve circa £2m in the month of June. (That's the £2.8m they mention by end of June and we know they have achieved circa £0.8m of that in may since the change of strategy)Margin is about 60%, so that circa £1.2m cash to the company in June. | orm5
03/6/2019 18:12 | A welcome RNS. They didn't keep us waiting. Appreciated. I'll increase my holding pending results of AGM resolutions, director re-elections receiving unanimous green light, price stabilizing after 15% dilution against HIVE share allocation, and more information regarding FIH monthly business. Argo has great potential. High risk, but (personally) i like cryptocurrency and i like the Argo business model since change of strategy. I'll maintain my position throughout June and look to add/see pending on the above. | dramatis
03/6/2019 09:05 | Count me in. This is an excellent stock if you want to bet on bitcoin, without having to actually buy any. Its also a leveraged play. If ARB keep spending under control, for every % movement either way will give a larger capital return, then eventually dividends or a takeover. Recent updates to buy into: Tie up with Hive Blockchain £15m macap, lower than cash in bank, Monthly Operating profit Only significant spend is on capital equipment which in turn returns further cash month on month, This trading update!!! Bitcoin back on a bull run! If this was trading on any other market it would be 5 times the price and when the tie up with Hive goes thru, it probably will be. | phil1969
03/6/2019 08:17 | And the £400k is before the huge extra volume of machines that they have on order. Let's say when they arrive it goes conservatively to £550k, that is £7m free cash flow per annum and with circa £15m in the bank and the chance crypto prices hit and accelerate past $10k fairly soon this business could be worth £50m very soon, what is the current market cap???? Yes I know, find another business like it. J like also the enterprise crypto offering, which is not in the value anywhere above, the $1m per month as it is too fluffy to understand. Perhaps they sign up some large financials to consult on crypto hedging???? This is really wonderful, have lots of them. The last 2 trades Friday of over 200k shares each were both buys by the way, and put this as by far my second largest holding, I love it... | savvy investor
03/6/2019 07:55 | Nice RNS. Making over £400k of free cash every month. Should hit the sevens today. | whoppy
01/6/2019 21:00 | Might do some research here before i move onto KAV | aidenabettin

01/6/2019 20:49 | This has got to be the most exciting stock on AIM | acekaras
28/5/2019 19:11 | Agree Acekaras, I definitely expected more than 3 trades for a combined 20,000 shares after 10am! Ultimately I think this is very positive though - it shows that 99.9% of PI’s who aren’t already invested in ARB had no idea that Crypto rose over 10% at the weekend - it shows that we are nowhere near the hype frenzy of December 2017. | 74tom
28/5/2019 17:32 | Surprisingly low volume today. Strange | acekaras
27/5/2019 19:03 | Through 10p this week for sure | imjustdandy
27/5/2019 10:55 | Yep, and held nicely at $8.7k. Remember Argo were expecting to be operating cash breakeven for May when the BTC price was £4532 (7th May). Now it’s at £6882, and they planned to mine about 130 BTC this month, can we extrapolate that their operating cash flow should be positive by a margin of £2350 x 230 = £305k? | 74tom
26/5/2019 23:50 | and now 8k has been smashed... | babbler
25/5/2019 11:24 | @Horneblower, I see you’ve been regularly predicting that BTC was going back to $1140, and that the price of $5700 at the end of April was the top of a bear rally... what do you have to say about the the price having stabilised between $7.5 - $8k in the past week? Today we are at $8.1k and rising. With the next Bitcoin halving under 12 months away and a lot of positive media around crypto (the most I’ve seen since late 2017), I’d say we are at the start of the next bull rally. Bitcoin breaking $10k is the critical point, as it will garner mass media attention and bring in new money. Other opinions are welcome! | 74tom

21/5/2019 14:51 | KAV Some nice words in the morning note from the highly respected mining analyst John Meyer at share price Angel ref: LSE:KAV / www.kavangoresources Kavango Resources (KAV LN) 3.6p, Mkt Cap £5.7m – Laws of probability to be rewritten after Kavango strikes mineralisation in first and second drill holes under Karoo sand in Botswana Kavango, which is exploring for a large-scale bushveld igneous-type mineralisation reports results from a second drill hole in Botswana. The team which are highly experienced in the geology of the region have used geophysical data and remote sensing to establish drilling locations. Remarkably, the first drill hole hit mineralisation under the sandy Karoo sediments Even more remarkably the second drill hole is reported to have also hit mineralisation including copper in chalcopyrite with a 1.5% XRF gun reading. X-Ray Frequency gun readings are not considered to be reliable due to their potential for miss-reporting but we do place some value on the readings when in the honorable hands of Messrs. Foster and Moles. The first drill hole hit a 200m zone of intensely altered rock with indicative cobalt values of up to 0.9%, averaging 0.2% cobalt and >70m of elevated copper, zinc, lead and nickel values. Conclusion: Kavango is worth watching and we await results from drill core assays. While we never doubted the skill of the geological team we are surprised and impressed to see two sets of mineralised results in so short a time frame. Well done team! | cpap man |
