10/11/2023 10:10 | Red Ninja If the current board get rid of the ultimate decision makers who have led investors up the garden path, how can the current board lack credibility ? | yump
10/11/2023 09:55 | 1) Perhaps part of the problem is the excessively high churn of clients as I posted before. A good business with a good service/product should not lose such a high % of its clients in 1 year. H1 "Despite an increasingly challenging macro-economic environment, clients(3) trading increased by 8% to 1,493 (H1 22 : 1,381) with 305 new clients traded in the period (H1 22: 284)" ie. ~200 left ! 1 in 7 ! ------ 2) H1 revenue was noticeably up vs prior year, yet including H2 it will be flat. Without looking at the numbers that infers imo that H2 is noticeably down vs prior year. That infers to me that there is more bad news not yet announced. | smithie6
10/11/2023 09:47 | We've got the inevitable profit warning out of the way - it would have required a miracle to have hit the brokers' consensus forecast. We still have a potential share overhang - it'd be good to get some clarity on what is planned - hopefully being retained or organised sale. | maddox
10/11/2023 09:31 | This current board appear to have won the battle against the CEO/CFO presumably on the basis that trading performance was lagging, but investors were left in the dark. Doesn't that indicate a lack of credibility ? | red ninja
10/11/2023 09:23 | Erm… the board that were in charge of announcements and credibility has gone. That leaves a neutral state. Unless you expected subordinates to revolt en masse because they didn’t like the leadership. | yump
10/11/2023 08:18 | It is not looking particularly cheap and I'm not sure this board has much credibility at the moment. | red ninja
10/11/2023 08:02 | Well they had a reputation of over promising and under delivery. So a change to that wouldn’t hurt | dr biotech
10/11/2023 07:52 | I wonder if the reason agfx never achieved the ratings of competitors was that some of the main board members had a “reputation | yump
10/11/2023 07:51 | CSFS growing at the fastest pace in the sector though. Currently 13p and new price target of 50p came out last week from Shore Capital. | dupont56
10/11/2023 07:49 | So a profits warning - disappointing but reassuring at the same time. No major holes | dr biotech
10/11/2023 07:41 | I am sure Argentex will also be trading at less than 1 x sales after todays update. | beckaroo
10/11/2023 07:20 | Good riddance to both Harry and Jo, at least their calendars will now be free to star in The Muppet's Christmas Carol. | mighunter
09/11/2023 18:40 | Maddox In reply to 1268. & other posts. This is a disgrace/shambles. The bod have a duty to tell shareholders what is going on or what hashappened. The vacuum of real info is a shambles. Perhaps shareholders will see an RNS tomorrow morning, luckily I'm not one....although I had a few X months ago. | smithie6
09/11/2023 18:34 | ..any fans of Paul Hill, Brummy_git ...who works doing video interviews of company directors Won't be very happy today if they followed the bullish slant given to these shares prospects by Paul Hill....& bought shares. | smithie6
09/11/2023 17:58 | I think John Doe put it as succinctly as need be. Until we are enlightened. But don’t expect the board to volunteer anything. Jani lost about 40 percent on his extraordinary fire sale of 12 million shares on contracting Covid. Didn’t know healthcare was that expensive. Don’t they have Bupa? That’s the question on investors lips. Not again surely. Happy footnote just seen image of Jani (retired at 41) speeding around on a boat off some exotic coastline. Lovely to see recuperated so well | earwacks
09/11/2023 15:02 | True so I just don’t get it. The co needs to put out a statement as to what’s been going on in the boardroom | big7ime
09/11/2023 14:22 | If they have knowledge of a material change to company profits/losses arent they supposed to communicate that, as soon as they become aware of it, to the stock market? | whilstev
09/11/2023 14:16 | The thing is, a substantial profit warning is priced in here so if there isn’t one forthcoming the share will rebound quickly. Can’t see why they wouldn’t give reason for these departures though so I guess it has to be a warning | big7ime
09/11/2023 14:02 | No problem | johndoe23
09/11/2023 13:31 | Thanks for your in depth analysis. | yump
09/11/2023 12:33 | Uninvestable | johndoe23
09/11/2023 09:10 | Interesting watching from the sidelines. I'm amazed that Gresham House saw fit to increase their stake from 11% to 12% off the back of the CEO being jettisoned. I'll be equally surprised if another II steps in this time. If the board don't want to disclose the reasons for the changes then this deserves to get hammered to silly levels IMO. | 74tom
09/11/2023 07:28 | Clearly there has been some sort of dispute between Harry/Jo (CEO/CFO) and the rest of the board. Whether this was strategy or activity I’m not sure. Could do with a trading statement | dr biotech
09/11/2023 07:22 | cfo resigns bad omen | ali47fish
