the small print on the deal says "if somebody bids 50p or more all irrevocable undertakings are null and void" never seen dat befor must mean there is a third party hovering about.

Has anyone received their shareholder concessionary vouchers for 2012 yet?

I'm off to Donny on Wednesday & just realised they've not arrived.

It's handy that entitlement to the concession is for holders registered at the end of the previous year, thus making it difficult to get vouchers in time for Jan meetings.

One is starting to wonder whether a major problem has arisen in the due diligence exercise - which is frightening. No party benefits if this is the case - including the Reubens' 29.9%

At least I can forget this rubbish the rest of the day and off to Plumpton this pm to watch my one leg of a nag plodding around in the mud.
