06/11/2013 10:23 | Looks like BOT buying this morning and the 1,000 trades have been enough to push the price up. I really think the shares are set up for a good run. | daz
29/10/2013 17:32 | hi daz, current shareprice is approx equal to their cash value. nothing priced in for performance or pipeline they are working on. they paid a dividend earlier this year aswell! | banking1
28/10/2013 08:59 | Bought in today, next year is shaping up to be one of the best for some time for companies like Arden, with the new issue market is thawing and with money heading to the stock market, there is likely to be support for fund raisings IMHO. | daz
23/10/2013 09:36 | yes - approx 2.8% divi received for 6 months. stupidly cheap here - end of year results should make this jump up - if they can keep performance up! | banking1

23/7/2013 08:42 | Laughably cheap here if they keep up this level of performance, non? PE under 7, yield gonna be 6%+ at a guess, market cap only £10m vs tang book value £11m. Buying back shares etc. | britishb
10/9/2010 08:15 | Back down again to below share price of 1st April 09 - Any thought where it goes from here. | pugugly
23/4/2009 12:57 | Looks more likely to be a massive recovery. | clocktower
11/2/2009 14:28 | Looks like a massive short from here. | yohoho
07/4/2008 09:57 | They blame market conditions - some may blame other matters that spring to mind if you review Ardens history. | clocktower
02/11/2007 10:23 | As I said BM, This could be the reason for the fall in the share price since August in Arden. It maybe worth considering shorting this stock, in case some press hack picks it up and runs with it. | clocktower
02/11/2007 09:51 | Bartlett did sit on the WTV board, now resigned. But he is also part of the concert party that diluted the stock massively, took control of the business, and then delisted against the wishes of the shareholder base. An action group even started as a result www.wtvaction.org Through that same concert party he is an associate of this man, Salahi Ozturk Based on the info I have read I won't invest in anything where these people or arden features. | blue monkey
01/11/2007 21:51 | The share price seems to have slumped since my last post on this thread. It could be that certain investors are concerned that ther board of arden could recommend de-listing, as has occured at WTV. | clocktower
14/8/2007 21:42 | Shavian, Thanks. Is Anthony Bartlett, who was until recently a non-exc on the board of WTV and a memember of the concert party that supports the delisting of WTV, the same A. Bartlett that I think sits on Ardens Board? | clocktower
02/5/2007 10:06 | altium has some interesting thoughts on the broker | maiseymouse
16/4/2007 11:53 | Clocktower: If you read the Arden annual report you'll see they had a wholesale clearout of previous directors at the time of the float, but I could not see any names in common with LGB among either present or past directors, if that's any help. | shavian
10/4/2007 11:49 | By on the "board". I was refering to the possibilty of former LGB directors being on the board of directors here Anomalous. Thanks though for the info and brief summary. | clocktower
10/4/2007 11:39 | >clocktower I seriously doubt that the Arden directors would post on this BB. If you want to learn more about Arden, then you should visit their website: But if you want to know about how they are connected with the biggest fraud ever to occur on the AIM, then I would suggest that you visit the Langbar Action Group website and specifically the Crown Crucified thread: Arden were both broker and Nomad for Crown Corporation/Langbar International, when it was discovered that the company was an elaborate fraud. As you may know, Nomads have a duty to perform Due Diligence on their clients. Specifically to verify that both the credentials and assets are correct and exist. From the announcement by the new management of Langbar, it does appear that Due Diligence was not carried out to a necessary or satisfactory degree and therefore a liability may have been incurred by those that were responsible for performing this task. In my opinion, you should take this fact into account when making any investment decision. | anomalous
10/4/2007 11:18 | Can someone spell out the LGB story and name any directors that are on this board (if any)please. | clocktower
07/8/2006 14:35 | They were certainly involved in LGB! Not the busiest threads - no wonder there are no more comments! | little minx
03/8/2006 09:02 | What a cheek to list after LGB!! | little minx
03/8/2006 09:00 | LANGBAR INTERNATIONAL ! | r33skyline |
