Excellent update from a great little company.

Strongly cash generative & growing profits "comfortably ahead of market expectations".

Should be above 90p.

22 Feb 18 Cash £2.66m "full year results...inline with market expectations"
10 Jul 18 Cash £3.2m "comfortably ahead of market expectations"

So a step change in business it appears...and adding about £90k to cash every month - so post full year cash announcement on 23 Aug could reveal cash of about £3.357m (another 7 weeks worth).

Dividend could be 1.15p per share (increased my target from 1.1p per share in typical conservative ARC style)

Looks like there may be a scrum for ARC shares once again.....

Very Pleasing Update, Arcontech have always been a company of few Words but the ones that matter are positive, Toying with the idea of adding a few more, the potential of this company is much bigger than the Market Credits them for and at a market Cap of £10M it's undervalued

Arcontech (AIM: ARC), the provider of products and services for real-time financial market data processing and trading, announces that profit for the year ended 30 June 2018 is comfortably ahead of market expectations. Unaudited net cash at 30 June 2018 amounted to £3.2m (At 30 June 2017, £2.6m).

Notice of Results

The Company's results for the 12 months ended 30 June 2018 are expected to be announced on 23 August 2018 and the Directors look forward to updating shareholders with further details at that time.

When directors and their family members buy shares in their own company as has happened here recently, I am reassured.This is one of those companies that is long established, trustworthy and steady. Unspectacular, yet I feel capable of springing a pleasant surprise. I get the impression free cash flow may increase further. Hopefully progress also with Tier 1 customers.Overall, given the director share buying support in the 60p-70p range, I can see us heading north on any decent trading or contract update.Finals were mid-August last year so perhaps we will see some market interest as those approach?

Agree MB - slow drift back to resistance around 70-72p.

Very late print of a 40k share transaction at 80p from early last Friday when mid price was 82p at the time. Appears to have been absorbed well.

Something makes me think attendance at the AGM this year will be higher than last year. In which case, the ARC conference room may not be the most suitable venue. Maybe somebody should tell MJ.

Yep, I'm my own boss now, so no sneaking out at lunchtime - will be around to say hi to you and to ex-colleagues at ARC. Great to see the super work they've done since I headed off to new pastures some years ago. Excellent atmosphere there, good management, hence bought loads of shares!
