Name Change Update

The Company is pleased to announce that following the announcement made on 12 January 2018 trading of the Company's shares under the name Arc Minerals Ltd ("Arc Minerals") will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 22 January 2018.

Trading from 8.00 a.m. on 22 January 2018 will be under the Company's new ISIN number VGG045791016 and SEDOL number BFWJ980. The new TIDM of the Company shall be ARCM.
