Instead Takenorisk for his constant confusion efforts, or whoever is proven to be the multi ID person should go to prison (Added, Surely the use of multiple IDs to manipulate is a crime)

It's easy to get details of 'premium' (what a laugh!) i.e. blue posters.
Request their info from advfn, advfn refuses under client confidentiality, get a court order forcing them to and then sue the libelous posters. The 'others' in the above case were slagging off a company and one of its directors beyond what's reasonable and into libel. One of the posters was crying in court because he had no spare cash to pay any damages. There were 4 posters (advfn were there due to publishing the libel, which is itself libel).
So yes, people telling lies (as in the company shifting contract signing dates into a previous year to flatter the numbers, or saying there have been no contracts this year (both of which shreek said) are clear libel and could easily be actioned - let alone the probable hundreds if not thousands of other examples. An easy case for the court to order punitive damages too, to send a signal.
Btw, it matters not what pi posters post here since hvo's price is now driven by institutional buying and selling, not 100 quid pi trader deals. |
