Publication of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Aquis announces that the Report & Accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2018 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been published today and are available to view and download from the Investors section of the Company's website at https://www.aquis.eu/.

Hard copies of these documents will be posted today to those shareholders who have elected to continue to receive paper communications. Proxy forms for use in connection with the AGM will be posted to all shareholders.

The AGM will be held at the Company's office: 77 Cornhill, London EC3V 3QQ on Tuesday, 30 April 2019 at 10.30am.
