Confirmation of Board Appointment
On 8 January 2019, Aquis announced the appointment of Glenn Collinson as independent non-executive director of the Company subject to FCA approval. The Company is pleased to announce that FCA approval has now been received and, as a result, Mr Collinson's appointment to the board has now become effective.
There are no further disclosures required in respect of Mr Collinson's appointment under the AIM Rules for Companies.
