For non sequitur reasons too. Has been forcibly oversold on false premises like most Miners, and a correction is due. You can't just keep crushing and selling companies down the river just for the fun of it.

Sick of all this short selling. Let's crush the PMs, so that in turn crush the Miners and make an absolute fortune short selling the highly leveraged Miners and in turn force them into the placements and right issues corner and so on!

RBC Capital Markets has downgraded its recommendation on Aquarius Platinum (LON:AQP) to 'sector perform' from 'outperform', stating that the stock offers limited upside now that the 15 per cent Zimbabwean levy on platinum exports is in place.

The broker added: "we believe that more focus will be placed on the balance sheet and Aquarius' ability to service its debt.

"While we believe it can do so, the longer-term impact of the levy on cash flow should drive the company into a negative FCF position which poses a risk to longer-term liquidity."

Analysts have cut their price target to 10 pence a share from 20 pence.

At 1:42pm: (LON:AQP) Aquarius Platinum Ltd share price was +0.09p at 9.1p

I used to follow this sime years ago and surprised it has gone so low. Sadly the chart suggests it will go under eventually and i guess the fundamentals bear that out ! These mining stocks are usually just for trading it seems and rarely a good investment . Hope it survives for those still holding .

It seems the more the directors buy and the more the brokers recommend this the further down it goes. Does a share ever go up after a director buy or broker rec without first taking a dive? Funny old game.

alot of buying going on seeing its an unloved dog...noticed a director bought 800k's worth recently...hmmm
