In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, Aptitude Software Group plc announces that, as at today's date, its issued share capital comprises 57,242,940 Ordinary Shares of 7 1/3 pence each with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The voting rights of all of the Ordinary Shares are identical.
