31 July RNS Update on Strategic Review and Formal Sale Process Aptamer Group (AIM:APTA), the developer of novel Optimer® binds to enable innovation in the life sciences industry, provides an update regarding the Strategic Review and Formal Sale Process announced on 26 July 2023. Earlier today, the Company announced a conditional fundraising of £3.6 million. Accordingly, the board has decided to terminate the Formal Sale Process under the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Takeover Code"). The Company is not in discussions with any party in relation to a sale and is not in receipt of any approaches. Accordingly, the Company is no longer in an offer period and the requirement to make disclosures under Rule 8 of the Takeover Code has now ceased.

The company is in the process of an RNS update on news what that is I don't know ..but results are due and anyone of the five opp this will be 4p myself and other large holders believe a major contract is being worked with a big pharma company.but that's just here say.one of the biggest in the business bought 5% of the company in August late tr1 as we have seen ..I spoke with the company and they seem very busy with all the shows so expect contacts coming from them..as per rns on contract the company does not have to issue one on every contract unless it's an large one..those will come out together in the results..the most exciting thing about the share price is the money from ipo was for the big lab plus other research and when/contracts or a takeover happens there will be some very wealthy people around the company myself included this is a high risk high reward stock
