that's exactly what I've been wondering pictureframe - ie how come they have been signing so many contracts recently if there's such a concern over banking covenants?

as you suggest, you'd what have thought there would be a significant element of reassurance backing these new contracts up

Imo this has been taken down on the concern of banking covenants. I suspect that this has been sorted behind the scenes at the extension contract would not have been agreed with re assurance.
