They also mentioned low oil prices weren't helping - lowers government revenues which contributes to contract delays. Oil prices have gone lower since so that won't be helping. That said, they've had several contract wins of late.

I guess it's currently all pure speculation over whether future quarter covenants are at risk - big day is 26th Aug for an update on that with the interims. They've already flagged it so there must be a real chance it presents an issue.

Low volumes and ugly chart is driving this down. £3.5 to 84p now on the back of revenue delays, a covenant statement and Yemen small fry contract issues. Seems a bit much, is there really belief that they cannt amend the covenants again?

As cash is king, anyone care to predict the cash position at half year... Increase or decrease from full year? Given the described debt covenants in the end of year report and that they have said that they should meet covenants for Q2 assessment, EBITDA should be within prescribed limits (what ever they are but I assume that a positive EBITDA is part of it)

Agree. This is looking cheap.There might be an attempt to get all the bad news out when the results come out. I have bought some more this morning. Still a speculative buy until we know more. Need to see profit growth and debt repayment before these can be considered good investment.

Don't see why this RNS is taken as negative. There was over $40M of receivables at year end. Clawing this cash in is good. Then there is the risk to the Yemen assets...insured assets, so we see a right down in asset value and gain cash instead. Well this is a asset rich company, realizing some of those assets is good. Plus it is only 60MW in over 2GW...not that significant.

Has anyone tried to make an estimate of current utilization, given the loss of Libya that was only 450MW out of 2.5GW. I wonder if anyone has put together a spreadsheet that tracks the contracts?

I don't mind paying more as long as I can make a profit.I see a lot of potential but too much uncertainty.

Think you'll be paying significantly more for the certainty..Technicals improving all the time. Fundamentals not as bad as share price leads you to believe Vulnerable to an opportunistic bid..
