Result of Annual General Meeting
appScatter Group plc (AIM: APPS), the scalable business-to-business ('B2B') Software as a Service ('SaaS') platform that allows users to distribute and manage their apps on multiple app stores around the world, announces that at the annual general meeting of the Company held earlier today all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.
The Company will now work to complete its acquisition of Priori Data GmbH (the "Acquisition") and looks forward to being able to confirm completion of the Acquisition shortly.
As announced by the Company earlier today, resolution 6 set out in the notice of AGM to re-appoint Manish Kotecha as a director of the Company was withdrawn and not put to the AGM.
