M C-J,

I couldn't realistically sell, as I would have lost the tax reliefs gained at the time of listing.

I really clung to the hope that somebody would take them over, but this wasn't to be.

As you say, an expensive lesson.

Hi tilton-b. Looks like we both got shafted on this one. I have lost about £10,000 whilst I tried to suspend belief and hope that a good product in a growing market could make up for bad management. Well, I was wrong.

There have been enough warning signs for a year about Pat Ryan and his management style. The fact that he didn't want to talk to shareholders tells you something about him. Also the number of ex employees who have been posting about goings on behind the scenes.

This record order book must all be smoke and mirrors. If you are not making a profit or can't secure bank funding when you have a record order book, then something doesn't add up.

This is now in my list of bad experiences, and an expensive one at that. Sometimes it is better to get out with what you can, before you lose the lot. The difficult part is deciding when to cut and run.

joto, forget grammar, English is now the second language for a majority of posters on any UK based website.

Its true what they say about the Internet, lots of weirdos! jabba3/tish/piper11 are the same person. Very sad lonely pathetic low life scum of the earth!

Its such a shame, ADVFN should do something about these posters and make the board subscription based or verified only. There are a great bunch of decent people on these boards and you learn who talks gibberish and who does not.

The bottom line here is.......

This company lied to its share holders.

I do not blame any posters on here because if you buy in on a posters ramp then you have no one to blame but your idiotic self!

This was brought to my attention by goodmorning2, I looked at what the company done and what products they offer, thought this looks good. I seen the mix up in the RNS, Spoke to Appian to confirm, "nothing wrong". So I thought a big mistake has been made and it will all be rectified. Bought in, not much but enough!..............

Win some lose some. This is my first investment that I have lost out on so I am quite fortunate. My portfolio is not too battered and this is just the way it goes. I'm sure in the last 6 months plenty on investors portfolios are not what they once were!

safman yes he did look on optomistic side but there are other posters on here who are laughing at people who have lost money, while telling or posting people about this share they were selling and now admitting that.
