The Company was notified on 11 July 2017 that, on that date, Mr Chris Ambler has beneficially acquired 6,553 Ordinary Shares of No Par Value in the Company at a price per share of GBP1.52588, which are held through a nominee arrangement with Investor Nominees Limited. Following the purchase, Mr Ambler owns 6,553 Ordinary Shares, representing less than 1% of the Company's total issued share capital.
