The Company was notified on 17 June 2020 that Mr Michael Bane a non-executive director of the Company had beneficially acquired 9,433 Ordinary Shares in three tranches as detailed in the form at the end of this announcement. These shares will be held through a nominee arrangement. Following the purchase, Mr Michael Bane owns 18,749 Ordinary Shares, representing less than 1% of the Company's total issued share capital.
