The Company was notified on 15 May 2019 that, Mr Andrew Guille, a PDMR, has beneficially acquired 10,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value in the Company at a price per share of GBP1.482 which are held through a nominee arrangement with Wealth Nominees Limited. Following the purchase, Mr Guille and persons associated with him, own 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing less than 1% of the Company's total issued share capital.
