Vest...

"Vesting of Options

As regards options to be granted to any Director, such options will vest as to 20 per cent. after the expiry of 3 years from the date of grant, 30 per cent. on the receipt by the Company of a CE Mark for any of its products and 30 per cent. on the closing middle market quotation of the Ordinary Shares, as derived from AIM Appendix to the Daily Official List of the London Stock Exchange, being at least £3.00, being 10 times the Issue Price, for 10 consecutive days on which trading takes place on AIM."

Exercise at 300p or Vest at 300p ?

...Seeing as the board were happy to recently take options with a 300p exercise price, I think they will definitely be doing the right thing.

Just got to bring off a deal now. Happy to wait for that and have complete trust in the board to do the right thing for the company and its shareholders.

Imagine the value of an exclusive supply and development agreement for GELS in the US alone. Breast implant sales globally in excess of £1bn a year with no disruption for 40 years. Yet we sit with a market cap of £11.5m. No wonder the board looked excited and confident at the AGM.

I wonder how many people will look back at this share in 6 months time and say to themselves "why the hell did I sell this at 82p" ?

The share price seems to be holding up well despite the volume of sells. Let's hope this continues.

Point 2 above is important because implants are heavier than natural breast. My wife has one (as part of reconstructive surgery) and she says the extra weight is disconcerting. Why anyone would voluntarily have implants beats me having seen what my wife has gone through!

This is why AOR is massively undervalued just on their breast implant IP alone...

Breast implant tech has not really changed over the last 40 years. AORTECH has three potential game changers

1. SHELL
A more durable and abrasion resistant shell material, so improving safety and life of implant

2. FILLER
A gel compound that is much lower density than silicon gel, thus reducing the weight of the implant giving a more natural feel. They also have a foaming tech that would also reduce density of implant.

3. PROCEDURE
A process for filling an implant in situ, thus making the procedure minimally invasive with less scarring.

Interestingly enough the movement so far has been entirely in line with a linear extrapolation of us reaching 400p by July 2019

I expect any Breast IP deal will move the target to 800p+ so there is significant room for some explosive moves here

If we go up too quickly, it'll just bring out the sellers and day traders. A slow and steady rise would be better.

A penny a week would do me just fine. Don't want to attract all the day traders if we can help it. Let's try to keep under the radar if we can. Also gives us a chance to top up some more at low prices.

Surprised post 1705 does not have a contribution from a guy who not only said he was going to the agm, but actually holds just under 3% before recent fund raise.
