Assuming my figures are anything like correct I don't see why AOR shouldn't get a ARM type 50x rating on high quality growth Cash flow

50 x $300k = $15m

Seems like a good starting point to me

Personally could see Biomerics being happy to pay $30m would be strategically and financially a good move

The fact AorTech want to go it alone suggests to me they see potential over and above that

No rush. Current business is generating cash. Should be circa $500k in the kitty and an annualised cashflow of $300k+ p.a. as things stand.
