Out of interest, if ORA bought more at 2.4p and then made a bid for the company at 2.5p... then if no other company was willing to pay more, what'd stop them getting it at that price?

Oh doc I forgot to mention Clubby won £20,000 cash last year in the ETX Capital Beat the Broker competition. Not bad for a boy who left school at 15 with no qualifications.

Did you miss the post ff about the management leaving.

Maybe the will make the tea lady CEO.

The Company is dying and you can bet many of the directors will have the spare cash away, in the form of golden parachute payments.

He's neither - he's a failed post doc who then became a low level scientist in the industry, a position he may or may not still hold.

'A valuation less than cash is entirely appropriate'

However, it isnt the falling knife Clubdope was on about - it has fallen already!

A valuation less than cash is entirely appropriate as its unlikely that shareholders will get their hands on any or all the current cash minus liabilities and it will actually be frittered away. There's certainly a very significant risk of that in any case, justifying a significant discount to the cash.

The floor for the knife to hit is 0p, not as you seem to think.
