Anpario announces that it was notified on 11 March 2021 by Peter Lawrence, Non-Executive Chairman, that on 20 November 2020 Peter Lawrence and his children sold, in aggregate, 5,400 ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 434.13p each. The shares were held in discretionary managed funds. Following the disposal, Peter Lawrence and his family have an ultimate beneficial interest of 57,950 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.
