Grant of options and PDMR Dealing
29 April 2022. Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), the international animal health business, announces that, on 28 April 2022, nil-cost options over a total of 302,037 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 20p per share ("the Options") were awarded to the Executive Directors and PDMRs of the Company and to members of the Senior Executive Team pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.
The awards will vest on 1 July 2025 following the assessment of performance criteria based on Earnings Per Share (EPS) growth per annum and Total Shareholder Return (TSR) over a three-year financial period ending 30 June 2025 which are as follows:

50% of the option award will be subject to the EPS performance condition and the remaining 50% will be subject to the TSR performance condition. Accordingly, if one of the performance conditions is met but the other is not, the Option award will only vest as per the above.
