Angus Energy (AIM: ANGS) is pleased to announce that at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were passed.

Further to the announcement of 24 May 2022, the Company now has the authority to complete the conditional subscription, already advised to the market, and a further announcement will shortly be made following funding and the Admission date.
