1347: I think we know roughly what the odds are here. I see that Mirasol elsewhere is drawing attention to the daily cost from today of the hedges. He puts it at £30,000. I think it’s a fair bit more than that. It may not matter, as long as they get their predicted flow of sales gas by the end of next weekend (assuming end-month settlement of the forward contracts) but if they don’t, they’ll need that £3mm. or they could end up like DDDD.

The further delay to “first gas” is likely, of course, to push the start of the sidetrack into early August. Gas from that is not going to be on stream by 1 October, is it? Assuming they have permission to drill it and that they find any.

Yes, how is wolfy doing?

once well head gas is flowing through the plant, and we are Selling GAS!

the sidetrack drill will start beginning of july
they stated spud date of 21st july and from the QA board they said it should take 20 odd days
asked on 21 october 2021
We are not drilling through granite in Cornwall or Scotland but through sandstones, clays, coals and limestones in Lincolnshire. We anticipate 20 odd days of 24/7 drilling – so a rate of penetration of over 12m/hour (verify by page 29 of Halco’s helpful graphs on rates of penetration

First sales in a few days, what's the deramp angle then?

JT Then it's all pointless isn't it. It's a bit like buying a bag of apples or something and there's a note on the side which states: 'may contain/should contain/could contain apples but may in fact contain oranges or pieces of coal or soap or even nothing at all). Even with a roulette wheel you know what the odds are. Anyway Madam Karma will be along one fine day. How's wolfy doing?

Each compressor can produce 1.5 million therms a month. Angus have confirmed in a tweet both compressors were being tied in . So both are on site. HITS is wrong.

Which of course now means that when both the shut in wells at Saltfleetby are switched back on, can produce up to 10 million therms a month at maximum capacity. As only 5 million therms a month are hedged it's getting rather exciting.
Should the two wells perform exceeding expectations, the question has to be asked. Would they need to drill the sidetrack.

Gla ATB. We are about to find out imo.

1347: it would be merely the latest in a long series of misleading statements, wouldn’t it? They’re still in Chiswick, two years after his statement that they were moving out in September 2020. But their corporate statements are always accompanied by clauses stating that the word “will” cannot be relied upon, along with every other forward-looking word and phrase. I can understand that investors might not be able to rely on “may” or “should” etc. but “will”? You don’t see it in announcements by some other companies but it gets them out of anything, doesn't it? They might as well say “this is the latest company bs, designed solely to keep/get the price up and has only the flimsiest relationship with truth and fact”.

JT Is that possible, i.e. to formally announce a 2 tranche subscription and then not to proceed with the second tranche? Could that be construed as misleading market possibly?

On a seperate topic. We never did find out who those other participants were that were milling around in the data room did we?

4th February 2022: "Expressed interest in the Company and its principal gas asset remains strong with five bona fide participants engaged in due diligence in the Company's data room. We expect a definitive result from our Formal Sales Process within a sensible period of time."

1347: they’ve not mentioned that second tranche since the EGM, have they? I think they may not quite have finished selling the shares from the first one. I wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t hear again about the second one. I think a market placing is more likely now.

It is like an uber goon tag team. JTidsbadly and 1347 really have proven themselves to be completely insignificant. Unfortunately they refuse to understand, that is the stupidity clouding their tiny minds.

Looks to me like the market manipulators are trying to keep the share price over that tranche 2 placing price. Few new shills have appeared in Kansas, one liner rampers, often a bit of a giveaway.

Jonny: I enjoyed your sandals magazine post. Quite funny.

3Put: yes, but the timing is at least equally important. If the sidetrack is late, they’ll be in trouble. If it doesn’t find gas, it’s curtains.

The downside, 3Put, is that if they fail to produce gas sufficient to meet the volumes contracted for in the “swaps”, the higher the gas price goes, the more money Anguish will lose. The hedges apply from tomorrow. Good luck.

JT - And if we produce more it's fantastic for us. That is why the mcap is not 100m just now. I do agree JT, it boils down to this now.
